Hydro CannonChargedA 90-power, high-efficiency Water Charged Move — the same move top Water attackers like Kyogre and Swampert use. But Inteleon's low Defense and HP keep it mid-pack among non-Mega Water attackers, a budget glass cannon at best.
Water Gun + Hydro Cannon can pressure quickly, but Inteleon's low Defense and HP make it hard to survive in Great or Ultra League. Even if Snipe Shot turns out to be a strong Charged Move, it's the low bulk — not the moveset — that keeps Inteleon out of the meta.

With Hydro Cannon its damage output is high, but low Defense/HP hurt its TDO. Lower priority if you have Kyogre, Mega Swampert, Empoleon, or Feraligatr. Worth it only as a budget option for newer players short on Water attackers.

Low Defense and HP make it hard to survive in the Great League meta. Even if Snipe Shot lands strong numbers, it's the lack of bulk — not the moves — that keeps it from breaking in.

A collection- and Special Research–focused Community Day with little meta impact. Even with Hydro Cannon, Inteleon's low bulk keeps it mid-pack among non-Mega Water attackers. The main draws are Shiny Sobble and the US$1.99 Special Research; trainers short on Water attackers can grab a few high-IV copies as budget DPS.

Inteleon is not a meta core in either PvE or PvP. Treat this Community Day as a Shiny-collection and Special Research event.
Hydro Cannon is the same high-efficiency Water Charged Move used by Kyogre, Swampert, and Empoleon. But Inteleon's low Defense and HP make it useful only as a glass-cannon Water attacker in raids.
If you're short on Water attackers, a Water Gun + Hydro Cannon Inteleon (1–3 copies) is a fine budget pick. Skip it if you already have Swampert or Empoleon.
The evolution deadline is 9:00 PM — you have 4 hours after the event to check IVs.
