Mega Raichu X and Y debut in Super Mega Raids. You must put at least one Mega-Evolved Pokémon in the last slot of your party to enter.
Super Mega Raids require many trainers — exchange Trainer Codes and gather your local community ahead of time.
The Remote Raid Pass cap is temporarily raised to 20 (Sat 7/18 09:00 – Sun 7/19 12:00 local time). Stock up the evening before to go full throttle on raid day.
The optional $4.99 ticket grants 8 additional free Raid Passes, for a total of up to 14.
Raichu caught during the event automatically unlock at least Mega Level 1. Complete the Timed Research to encounter Steelix (Steel/Ground).
